    hahah!! :rotfl:

Thankyou for looking DG.. But I was looking for a sort code and account number (of some kind).. I can't love you just yet.. :kisses3:

    hahah :rotfl:

    _pale_  - awwwwwww...

Just thought that the telephone number (0844 375 5499) might be helpful to ring and get the number. If you don't think they'll let you have it to accept reduced payments, why not ring up and say you're ringing on behalf of a friend whose direct debit got cancelled by mistake - could they confirm the sort code and a/c no.... Aren't I sneaky!!!! ;)

You may not have much more luck there, but keep records of any payments you try to make.

If they are daft enough to go to court then a record of refusing DMP payments will not endear them to the judge.;)

Assuming a pre April 2007 agreement, then request the CCA as well. May make them play more nicely.

I will keep a record of every payment I TRY to send them.
They were the only ones I didnt request a CCA from , as it's too recent.
Mind you.. might be worth an ask anyway, just in case they have made a bodge up somewhere.

I wanted to get 'everyone' set up on Standing Orders.. having to pay them separately I might forget!

Ohhh.. as I dooo have a PP customer number (even tho I didnt have enough surplus and am doing the DMP myself) .. Maybe THEY have sort code account info for Hitachi? ... that might be worth asking too.
