I got the (green) mascara too. Would have been usable but the brush is terrible! I end up with about 3 lashes clumped together! I ended up at the Clinique and Mac counters today and took a (small) handful of their trial mascara wands just so I could use this mascara properly!


Quick question;

I had a facial wash I trailed but stupidly chucked the paperwork- I have emailed them via the sites email address to ask if they could resend the forms/email me the forms, but not heard anything from them and had applied and received the mascara since. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? I don't want to get kicked out of the surveys for not completing a task, plus I want to give feedback on the product.

I find they rarely respond unless you have an allergiv reaction. I have rung and left a message and emailed twice as I received an envelope with just a questionnaire but nothing to test and haven't heard from them.

hi, i'm not sure it dosen't say anything on the questionaire, because it says cleansing pads on the tub i'm going to use just these without another cleanser, if you're not sure, give them a ring :beer:

I got the face pads through this morning, must be with being in Scotland as I always get my trials a day later than everyone else :j

I tried applying the blue mascara but was so afraid I'd end up with the big edges of the brush in my eye that I gave up after doing one eye!

Face pads arrived today... you would be amazed at the dirt that comes off already cleansed skin

i thought that as well, it is ok for my top lashes but useless for the bottom lashes, its way too big

Woohoo! Got a reply re: the paperwork for the facial wash that I had lost- they're sending me out some new paperwork! So if anyone does lose the forms- contact Boots and ask for a replacement, it can be done
