I've never had any forms in the post but I can log into my profile why is this?

There was 2 forms to complete and one was for evaluation suite testing only so doesnt apply unless you can get to Nottingham.

Yep that was the one, someone asked Boots and they said they use random bottles and the product wasnt actually Ted Baker?
