Oh crikey!! I emailed them last week - not having a moan about not getting anything but merely asking if there was a problem as I had checked my profile and all seemed ok and that I always have sent my surveys back in good time.

I haven't had a reply yet... maybe I'll ring them too!

I just called and spoke to Ben too... he was really lovely!

I also had 6 not allocated for and he is going to sort them for me too!

Hopefully I will get some love back from from Boots soon! :j

What number did you call? I have had nothing for ages, last item I had was either day cream or night cream???

It's a shame they don't up date it on the website so you can see what they have sent out, at least then we would know if any samples had got lost in the post and could let them know they hadn't been delivered.

It does make you wonder if its happened to a few of us then,because the last one I recall filling out was the razor and shaving gel I think a while ago,keep signing up for things but like a lot of others get nothing,even when Im the one who posted it as a new trial.

Same here....I have registered for some the moment they have appeared... not saying that I should be sent every trial for doing so as I think everyone should have a fair chance, but there were things that I did think I would be suitable for (like the black hair dye for instance - I know a lot of you declined this one).

I emailed them last week but hadn't had a reply and after eviledna71's post I thought I'd call them... Ben told me that the person who deals with the emails is currently off.

Give them a call yourself.... he really was so helpful! :T

Lexus you have me thinking now if the same has happened to me. Quite often there are big gaps ie despite signing up for 30 in a deluge of trials offered a while ago I didnt recieve any... I always send my forms back and often before the date stated.

Me too - I always write the date I receive the trial in the corner of the sheet and then I know when it's due back - they always get returned in good time!

I've had received nothing since the hair putty (which I didn't even register for!) and I reckon I'd registered for at least 16 other trials since... so I thought something was definitely wrong! When I spoke to Ben he said something along the lines of they stop sending once they are 4 questionnaires outstanding... I'd got 6! I asked if he knew what they were for and the hair putty was one - I know I'd sent that one back... he did say they'd got a few people off so it sounds like they may have had a backlog. He started to say that I'd got another mens product outstanding - but I've only ever had one mens trial - the hair putty!
