If you hold the container up with the sticky label giving the trial details facing you on the top left hand corner there is a small lip that fits over the top and bottom edge of the pack...I prized it open there using a knife!...and the lid should open to the right as you look at it...
It seems to open the opposite way to how you would expect...

There is sellotape on the opposite side to the hinge, in other words its on the right when the label is at the top. Also code label on bottom is holding it shut. I struggled as well.0 -

That's exactly what I thought. Also it says to push the artificial nails against the bristles on the nail remover - I can't see any bristles?
Edit - It's the next day now, and 4 of them have come off while I was just doing my daily things! No problem really then if we haven't had any nail remover!!!!Always look on the bright side of life ....la la la la la la la la0 -

Used it this morning and nearly screamed when i looked in the mirror:eek:- looked like i had a clay face mask on- horrid colour and really thick- but thats just me...The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -
