I normally ring them up if anything has leaked. Sometimes they can send out a replacement but often all stock has been despatched. They then remove the trial from your list if they cany replace it.

Boots viewpoints is different to this panel, I have been on viewpoints for a few years now.

This panel Boots themselves run but Viewpoint is run by TPoll Market Intelligence Limited in conjunction with Boots.
