They only have a few volunteers for each so unless you're in the first 65 suitable you won't get it I gather, I've been fairly lucky but all depends if you've said yes quickly enough!

Ooh saw someone else quote this - assuming it's the same product, I emailed and got this response:

Great to hear you have enjoyed our product so much. Please can you ask us again in 6 months time as it can take this long for a product that we test to reach our shelves. However in the meantime I can tell you it was a product from our '17' range so you might like to check this range to see if you can find something similar.

If you look at the 17 range there's only one primer... So while it probably won't be the same, may be similar! Love how helpful they are when I've had to contact.



Also, 8 week testing of a facial day cream has just shown up on mine!

Can someone help me out? I took part in the sun cream trial a while back and I have heard nothing back. I haven't recieved any form of payment and the trial is not showing in my account/profile. Has anyone received payment or heard anything? Thanks

Yeah I think most of us have received our payment now for this. Not everybody received the full amount though as they changed the rules for it. It would be worth calling/emailing to see what happened to yours.

I've been signed up for the panel for months, and hadn't received any samples, despite requesting virtually all of them. I emailed the enquiries people today to say this, and that I was really disappointed not to have been asked, and they just replied to say that they'd found a small omission on their part, and that my first sample will be in the post tomorrow. :j It may be worth others emailing if you haven't received anything too.
