Had a wee look as you made me think ,but no ,both are factor 30 ..... think it could be a mix up ? as after I got the second set in the door ,I also got my log in details again . I wonder if I have threw them off after phoning them the first time (before the first trial) and that was someone else getting to my details ..... Il phone them on monday and check ,dont want to be in the wrong .

When it says in progress it just means the people for the trial have been picked , and their samples will be with them soon .

I haven't yet received any products from Boots either and I've been with them for about 5 months.
I got this questionnaire too, just gives you the chance to win a £5 voucher, no products to test I'm afraid.

Thanks Lindsay18, how did you get on with submitting your reply to the questionnaire? Probably me being dense, but I couldn't find a way to fill it in, so moved it to Word, then filled it in and sent it back to them in an email attachment. :undecided
