I have not got anything thru the post in the last month .. I wonder if the post man just keeps them with himself. Is there any way of checking in our account if they have been sent or if one is selected for that particular product? I hope you understand what I am trying to say. Thnx

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. I used to get about two a week, now I'm lucky to get one every few weeks. Maybe Boots just don't like me anymore

that's what I was trying to find on the website that does it say that the user has been selected for the study or not so that we can keep an eye out for it in the post ...
