For the first time ever Boots have called me regarding feedback given from one of these tests. Felt a bit silly as it was an Eye Cream that I got my Mum to test for me as I was already testing something on my face at the time. However I've given the lady my Mum's contact number and she didn't seem too phased by the explination!

Edit: - Just talked to Mum and the Boots lady did phone her. Went through about 11 questions as Mum had reported an allergic reaction to the cream. Just wanted to know more about what happened and how Mum treated it.

Nice to know that they do read what is put down and that they don't have a problem with other family members testing stuff.

I joined as a tester a long while ago and have never tested a single thing. There is never anything in my info if I log in and the one time I was sent an email to test a product I replied but never heard another word

Just received the moisturising soap "bar" it's less than half the size of a hotel bar and that's being generous, how on earth can I possibly test a piece this small for the time span they asked is beyond me, normally I would throw away this size! *sigh* Still at least I seem to get a parcel every week.
