Hi,have just filled in the details on the form to join but it says already registered....have definately never rcd any forms to fill in via post regarding medical health which it says you will so have registered hubbys name and will wait hopefully to see if he is luckier than me!!0

I registered with Boots last year and only heard from them a couple of weeks ago. I had to fill in a form and post it back to them. Now I'm just waiting to get an email from them to get me started.
So, if you haven't heard from them just sit back and wait. They will make contact when they have space for more testers.There's no place like home
