there is one number that they never answer but if you ring 0115 9594158 hopefully they will answer, i've always rang this number and always got through, :beer:

said no ta to looking like Jordan but yes to the handwash.. hope I get something else soon. have had 2 things lately but one trial is finished and one is so vile smelling I coudlnt finish the trial - face cleansing balm

i got the face cleansing bam - it made my face red & it felt like it was burning! your right about the smell too!

I have had a similar reaction and my skin is usually as tough as old boots !
