    carla they never answer their phone nor reply to you tho..I tried like mad to contact them when a trial for Boots Viewpoint made me violently ill.. - the product is on sale tho despite it making other msers sick too..

    there is one number that they never answer but if you ring 0115 9594158 hopefully they will answer, i've always rang this number and always got through, :beer:

    said no ta to looking like Jordan but yes to the handwash.. hope I get something else soon. have had 2 things lately but one trial is finished and one is so vile smelling I coudlnt finish the trial - face cleansing balm

    i got the face cleansing bam - it made my face red & it felt like it was burning! your right about the smell too!

    I have had a similar reaction and my skin is usually as tough as old boots !
