    You only need medical forms if you are going to the valuation suite in Nottingham for your trials and not doing them at home.

    They email you your log in, mine took about a week.

    Just received the shower gel and hand cream. Why do they give you big bottles of stuff you don't want and tiny bottles of hand cream?
