Does anyone know how long Boots usually take to reply to an email? A couple of weeks ago I received the shower gel, but had to pay £1.51 unpaid postage, plus £1 handling fee. I emailed them through the website on 28th May, but didn't get a reply, so e'd again last Friday, but no acknowledgement or anything. I didn't know if it usually takes them a time to get back or if the email link wasn't working.

Whenever I've emailed them, it has taken forever for them to reply (if at all!).

I don't bother now - I ring them... they are usually very helpful!
