I know that when I have called them before you cannot do more than 8 trials at once and this is why I went through a quiet patch as some I had sent back they had not received.

You might want to check how many surveys you have running and then give them a call.

I registered several weeks ago and had the same reply, but I think they're not looking for anymore volunteers at the moment

I have registered on the site now. I used to test products for Boots years ago so I am looking foreward to trying some new products out again.
