i have never used one before didnt know what to expect, yes it has a horrible tingle. tried it a few times today but cant see any difference in my lipsI also received this but the timgle was far too strong for me - I had to wipe it off. It was slightly better over lipstick than on bare lips.
I have used a plumper before but it was not like this. Also I didn't see any effect on my lips0 -
