Yes, so did mine. When I clicked save and I went to my list of trials I couldn't find it and assumed I must have clicked the no thanks by mistake. I didn't think to look that far back0 -

you probably will receive them... although I thought they hadn't been taking people on for months....from what I recall from when I signed up, the medical consent forms were only for the in-house testing at the Boots evaluation suite in Nottingham.0 -

i signed up about 2 days ago and was told i would recieve some medical concent forms thru the post too for inhouse testing
it also said that if i didnt qualify for inhouse testing i would still be eligable to participate in the home testing0 -
