I guess the only way is to give them a ring.... I have always found them really helpful when I have called... but if I've emailed, then you are lucky if you get a response before a week (or two!) is out!

It does seem to depend on who is working on the day. I have emailed twice and the first time I got a reply the next day and the second time it was two weeks. When I have phoned I haven't been lucky enough to get through I always have to leave a message on the answerphone and they have never phoned me back.

The last time I rang was to tell them they had sent an empty envelope and about 10 days later they wrote to me to say all their samples had been allocated and they were sorry if I was disappointed. I never did find out what I was supposed to receive.

I have never left a message... I called, got the answerphone so put the phone down and tried again a while later... got through and spoke to someone who was SO helpful!! apparently there is only one (or there used to be) that dealt with emails and at the time I rang, I think she was off sick or something which explained why I hadn't had a reply! I eventually got an email reply back which was obviously a standard email they send out as it did not have any relevance to what I had asked at all!! lol!
