Hampden event tickets usually come out within the four weeks running up to the concert. I got my U2 ones last year with a week to go.Not buying unnecessary toiletries 2024 26/53 UU, 25 IN0

Not had mine yet either, I'm seeing him in Leeds. I'm not really expecting them until August time though as my email confirmation said 4 weeks before the concert. I'm really excited though! :j0

The last 2 gigs I've gone to (tickets from seetickets) came literally 3 days before the gig. I panicked initially (as anyone would) but was then told by a friend that apparently seetickets and others e.g. ticketmaster are often sending out tickets very last minute to stop people buying them early and selling them on ebay for extortionate prices.
Bit worrying for you all that are going to Wembley. Hope you get the info you need on your rights, just in case.0 -
Thanks all we will just have to wait!0

Don't think there's anything to worry about, the SFA have said the game will be moved to Ibrox or Celtic park because of the Robbie concert.Addicted to moneysaving! :rotfl:0

Building work is scheduled to be finished at Wembley at the end of August if all goes to plan. The problem is everything has to be commissioned i.e. water services, electrics, lighting, heating, safety, CCTV etc etc which has to be finished before the stadium can be "handed over" for public use. This is going to take 4 months on completion of the building and at the moment is scheduled until mid-late December.
Make of that what you will and you never got it from me.
Seeing as Bon Jovi have just cancelled - and they were due to play 4 months and 10 days after the original 31st of jan handover date your info seems to be spot on. So many thanks for posting it.
Would you agree that if the stadium was not handed by the over by the 20th of April in advance of the stones gig on the 20th of august OR the 14th of May for the 14th of september robbie gig that these gigs would also have to be cancelled ?
Also can you direct us towards someone who COULD confirm the mid-late december schedule at all ?
Cos is that is the case, us who have invested in these gigs need a refund now instead of lining the promoters pockets !!!
Thanks in advance for whatever you can say.....0 -
