Credit Card Nightmare

I have 15,000 on a Llloyds credit card I have tried to transfer this amount. I am told that my credit score is good. All the credit cards I have tried to tansfer will only give me a transfer amount of £2500 I dont want another loan as thats more expensive than what I am paying is there any way out of this.
