Afternoon - my chesty cough has turned into a really annoying, dry, tickly cough - but that's good I think? Once I can breathe and talk without a coughing fit, I will be able to run again, if it's no longer on my chest. So hopefully that might mean I can fit a couple of runs in before Leeds.

I'm thinking of doing maybe 7-8k on Saturday, then 5k on Wednesday - does that sound reasonable, with the 10k on the Sunday?

I want to find a balance between being as prepared as possible, and not overdoing it and ending up tired or injured by the weekend.

I might walk up to Asda later when Stu sees the kids - not sure how far that is - will check. Walking wont set off my cough as much as running does, and it's better than nothing. :o

Mine too. Well you know the UK has like a little boot at the bottom below Wales, I live down there :D

Are we still having a mini-meet in Dorset or did I imagine that?

Definitely! Pap, BB and bookie if i remember....

It'll be great, didn't we say picnic somewhere nice?

Or did we say maybe combine it with a run of some kind??
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    Well you're gonna:p

Nathan was sitting on my lap when he rumbles in his nappy. A few moments later I put my hand on his back and he has managed to squirt yellow goo out the back of his nappy and between the cushions on the sofa - nothing on his clothes or mine though:confused::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thankfully the sofa is leather and therefore wipeable
