Hi
I'm on a fixed deal with C&G, ending 31/10/09. Is it possible to secure a new deal now with someone else and hold it until 1/11?
Thanks

Looks like Halifax will do this as long as you apply.
http://www.halifax.co.uk/mortgages/remortgage-fixed-60LTV.asp
"Our Remortgage Service is only available for mortgage on properties in the UK (excluding the Isle of Man). We will pay our own legal fees and won't charge you for the property assessment. If you seek additional legal advice as part of your remortgage, you must arrange to pay for these services yourself.
The complete by date for all the mortgages on this page is 30th November 2009"
That said, if you are moving on to a BofE+2% tracker SVR with C&G there's a case for sticking with it.0
