I've just read my emails and I have been offered an interview at Sainsburys for a Trainee Department Manager job.
Has anyone else had a similar interview? What should I expect?

I haven't had a similar interview but my suggestions:
Come up with a list of reasons why you want the job, why you think the company is right for you (also what makes them different to tesco, asda etc.).
If they offer training find out all about it so you can mention to them at the interview that you know about it.
Think of which skills you need (managerial? communication? inter-personal?) and come up with examples of how you have shown them before and how you would deal with situations which may come up at work?
Is their a job spec? might help with seeing what questions they might ask0
