Hi,
Im in Full time employment with my company.
Im wanting to start up a little computer parts online biz (not planning on making stacks, but all wholesalers need you to be a registerd company/sole trader)
The problem is, How can i declare my self as self employed when im already employed... :S
Is there any way around this, or am i not allowed to start my own company as I already have a job?:eek:

It is very common to be both employed and self-employed.
Do check your employment contract to see whether you are required to notify your employer.
To be self-employed, you need to notify HMRC. Start reading up here - http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/selfemployed/register-selfemp.htm
Good luck.
