I assume you do just turn up. Sadly, I live in Liverpool and my next planned trip to Manchester is on a Saturday...

.... There’ll be deckchairs, picnic blankets, popcorn, and, of course, a bar. And it’s all blooming free as well. A grand total of nada, zilch, gratis for a great night out.
You can come down with your mates ......

Yes it is all free. Also note that on June 30th there is a free simulcast in Exchange Square of ENO's La Traviata starting at 7pm. I'll be there.

Yep I got this email too and as far as I can see it is ALL free (though I'm unsure of the bar) and I think you just turn up.

Spinningfields is just off deansgate, down near the court. Where exactly in the area it will be I'm not sure, I assume it will be where they had the ice rink which is near Zizi and Haha.
