Refused by Alliance & Leicester, but passed on

I got refused a while back for a loan from Alliance & Leicester and in the letter they said something along the lines of an approved partner would contact me to offer me a loan alternative.

I did receive a call but knew what it was about so didn't answer it, as I decided not to bother and that Alliance & Leicester wouldn't get my business or any possible money for passing me on, because they had refused me.

Does anyone know who this might be, surely they wouldn't be dealing with anyone who in my eyes are shady such as a loan broker.

As it turned out, I got a better solution a 0% balance transfer credit card, to cover the debt but I'm still curious as to who they would have passed me onto.

Thanks. I'm not a homeowner though, so I guess I might have been passed from Freedom to someone else, although that would have already have probably been done by the time I got the call.

All I can say, is Alliance & Leicester loss making some money from me, so tough luck to them, they will never get my business or my recommendation to any friends.
