drunken chicken in the slow cooker

morning all, i am after a recipe it's by a lady called donna marie pye, the recipe is called drunken chicken done in the slowcooker i know it has celery in, please can anyone help got it from a library book called 300 slowcooker favourites, i wrote the recipe down and have lost it (typical) and the library has gotten rid of it and will not get another copy in. am on a serious budget at the minute and can't really afford to buy yhe book myself.
