ideas for flexible second job needed

I'd quite like to do some kind of second job/extra work to up my income a bit. Problem is my main job involves shift work. Although I almost always have 2/3 weekdays off a week that i could work a second job, they aren't always the same ones. eg One week i'd have mon, tues and fri off and the next i'd have wed and thur off.
So does anyone have any ideas of the sorts of places i could look for part work that i could fit around my shifts, as obviously i couldn't commit to working say every friday.

Have you thought about party plan - Avon, Body Shop etc? Or Kleenexe / Betterware?
I would imagine it would be difficult to find a proper job that would fit in around your current shifts, so something on a self-employed basis would seem the best option to me.0 -
