Best Organic Food Hunt

Although I am a keen money saver we do like to eat organic in the deepseadiver house. I use tesco.com for groceries and try to stick to their Organic range. I find that Asda have some better value items but the range is not as good. I will start the hunt off with some of my favourite organic items for value and quality -

Asda Organic Tomato and herb sauce - £1 ( great for spag bol)
Asda Organic Branflakes - £cheapish (tasty and filling)
Kallo Organic Breadsticks - 0.87p ( just like mama made)
Asda Organic Chicken - cheaper than tesco ( beats all that antibiotics!!!)
Asda Organic Beef mince - £1.97 ( 454g instead of tesco 400g for same price)
Tesco Organic Houmous -0.87p ( full of protein not additives)


Anyone else have their favs?

Netto will be selling organic fruit and veg from next week. No idea how their prices compare with other supermarkets.

not many stores nationwide ....... yet , but this place is fantastic , great selection , keen prices and a lovely organic restaraunt in most of their stores

I bought 500g of organic Carrots in Netto last week for 49p - glad to hear they will be getting more stuff in!
