Just had a thought as I used my dog-eared well used Be-ro Cookbook tonight, as to whether it is still available, and it is, it can be ordered detail here
It cots £1.50 and has all the basic cooking info for real OS food.

Yes it is, I use the online version for recipes. I believe you can also buy the Be-ro book in Morrisons too. There is more information on it in this thread:
