Why not make friendship bracelets with some old wool, or wee pom pom caterpillers with wool.

I've been making these with my Guides http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-friendship-bracelets-using-a-braiding-disc/ They are really easy but look really good. My Guides love them, and they are really easy to make,

There are also lots of fantastic ideas on mse special occasions thread, have a look at the some of the threads, some are for christmas, but can be easily adapted and are very cheap to make.

If the Guides are anything like the ones I have known over many years of Guiding, anything to do with food always goes down well! What about toasting marshmallows on t lights and making edible camp fires? If i can find the link there is an old Cadburys cookbook with Trefoil biscuits and other Guiding cakes. I cant post it as a link but if you are interested PM me and I will email it to you.
