any hairdressers out there

Options
hi
i had highlights at xmas , then a couple of days ago i went to the hairdresser as i wanted to go bk to my natural hair col, but its turned out nearly blk - not flattering i look like a goth my natural hair col is med brown,
anyway i read on the forum to sit with head and shoulders on yr hair 4 bout 30mins with cling film and a hot towell

i have done this 3x and the col has faded at the bk but at the front its still a black col
so now im left with my natural hair col at the bk .at the sides its a lighter blk with my previous hl
and at the front blk so i have 3 tone hair
help what can i do are there any products on the market i can use to strip my hair of the col so i can go bk to my normal col or at least ligten it
cheers

Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.

Go back to hairdressers and complain that colour isnt what you asked (and paid) for.
