any hairdressers out there

hi
i had highlights at xmas , then a couple of days ago i went to the hairdresser as i wanted to go bk to my natural hair col, but its turned out nearly blk - not flattering i look like a goth my natural hair col is med brown,
anyway i read on the forum to sit with head and shoulders on yr hair 4 bout 30mins with cling film and a hot towell
i have done this 3x and the col has faded at the bk but at the front its still a black col
so now im left with my natural hair col at the bk .at the sides its a lighter blk with my previous hl
and at the front blk so i have 3 tone hair
help what can i do are there any products on the market i can use to strip my hair of the col so i can go bk to my normal col or at least ligten it

i think its called effasol by loreal but i dont know where to get it maybe sallys? it can take all the dye out of hair, then dye over it with a lighter semi perm. colour maybe?Fr. Go back to hairdressers and complain that colour isnt what you asked (and paid) for.0
