Used these last week from the Daily Star. I bought 4 papers each day because its one voucher per person. Also bought 4 the next day. Used all the tokens at one time so we had 2 games of bowls. Saved a few ££s.

Phoned to book mine today. The man didn't know anything about it. Explained what was on the voucher but he still seamed confused. He said he would put me down as provional and want ed me to bring the vouchers in soon, but as it is quite a distance I said that I wasn't prepared to. In the voucher it advises you to book in advance so that what I was doing. When I asked him for a booking refenrence he just seemed to make one up . Now I not convinced I have got a proper booking. Has anyone esle had problems ?Looked on their website for a Head office no., but couldn't find one.
