Barclays are refusing to refund £400 charges.

It seems they would rather have me move my mortgage and loose £40,000 over the full term. Oh well sod them off to find another lender.
Hope others have better luck, I plan to keep fighting them even after we change. Question is can we do this and should we keep fighting.

have you sent them a letter demanding payment?

If not start from step 1

if so go to step 4 and file a claim

remember to check out the bankactiongroup site for the letters and how you should word your claim

also dont forget to add the 8% PA interest in your claim

they know that most people wont persevere and will give up. so follow the process on the bank site already mentioned and eventually....
