Need your help please, mincer choice?

Ok, I'm going to do it.
I've decided not to go on holiday!
I want to overpay the mortgage a bit on the 4th of July.
But also I want to buy a mincer.
Can you help me decide please?
If I buy it, it'll be an expense I'll have to justify to myself, and the only way of doing that is to make sure it gets used once a week and won't end up lying in the bottom of a cupboard.
I think I will get the one that goes on my Kenwood, here on the Kenwood site it's £39.14. I've just emailed them to make sure it fits my KM336.

I don't mind paying that as I know it will probably outlive me as anything Kenwood-chef-like is solid as a brick.
It's got a sausage maker bit too, so that'll be good for a laff, I can imagine what mine would come out like........;)
But I'll also need your help with some recipes please?
We eat just about anything, not really fussy eaters........
Thanks everyone.

We've made sausages, using belly and shoulder of pork :T Our favourite so far have been apple and Calvados. We're going to make pork, pigeon and cranberry next.

I had to Google Calvados!
It just shows I'm clueless!
They sound so tasty, I think I'll Google some recipes.
