    :) lol Mr Fishbulb. :)

Fwiw DH didn't take the flu jab at work this autumn: he has bn aked to ''rectify this''. He avoids it because he tends to react quite strongly to the jab, but is off to have it this week.

Could he tell them he's allergic to eggs?

I think I may have had a very gentle version (am 62, so not in a vulnerable group, apparently). If I did have Swine Flu (it wasn't diagnosed - LOL) then I just had 2 days of real nastiness and then weak for a couple of days.

  • No consequences unless the death rate increases dramatically apart from the share price increases to manufacturers of Tamiflu...

This already happened when the contracts were placed. So I don't see anything extra coming in until actual results are posted. For the drug Company I used to work for (also supplied a swine flu vaccine), they have been laying reps off in the US - not a good sign in my book. But profits will be great as always, thanks to that and other rigorous cost-cutting measures over the last few years.

Difficult, as he seems to have become the office guru on chicken keeping:D and eats eggs taken by himself or other chicken keepers at the office all the time.:D
