Log in, click on 'Magazines' in the green bar ..
on the topbar you will see 'Description' 'Competitions' 'Comp Winners' click on 'Competitions'
you'll get a drop down list, go to A-Z ,
click on it, go to H for Handy Crosswords and the comp will be displayed for you to enter.
Please make sure you check the Comp ID Number with the Op's post..
if pasting + copying the 'Submit' button will not show, you have to take the last
letter/number off and type it in,
the'Submit' button should then appear in the
top right hand corner (in IE anyway) or press enter and it will appear.
Tip from Amilucky? Or you can click in one of the boxes with your mouse pointer
and press enter on your keyboard and the submit button will appear

Thank you but was not this problem.
Was logged in, Had Submit button showing, typed in word manually but still would not submit. Closed out and went back, it has now submitted on 2nd attempt

But C said there was no tick? Might be worth checking just to be sure.

Btw I can see how the confusion was caused but I didn't think Cistolic was posting a comp, just showing which comp was causing the problem.
