Northern Bank Log-On Problems.

I have never been able to log-on to my Northern Bank account despite trying for some time now.

I have User ID and I have been sent a 4 digit pin number to place within the password section, however when I do this it indicates the password should be at least 8 digits.

I don not have an option for 'first log-on' and when I asked staff at Northern bank they were unable to help.

Does anyone here know how I can access my account online?

If you are using IE you should have a customer number and a password, on the other hand if you use Firefox u should have been issued with an activcard, with this you put in your pin number and it generates the 8 digit password number the customer number stays the same, hope this helps

sounds like you may be having problems with your browser etc. Call the Northern Bank Customer Support Team at 0845 6 031534* (within UK) or 0044 28 9004 9219 (outside UK) and they will be happy to help you with any problems you are having with Northern Bank eBanking.
