Hi

Has anyone bought from or had experience with www.tvdeals.tv ?

Found a few items that I have been after for quite a while and have found them on this website approx £10.00 cheaper than anywhere else and with free delivery. But wondered if this site was too good to be true.

Any advice would be very gratefully received.

I've had 2 things off them, the only prob for me was the slow delivery, the items took 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered a ped egg and a snap and slice.

if you google tvdeals.tv the reviews are really bad,i was going to buy halogen oven,reviews so bad i didnt bother

well ive learnt my lesson. read on the site most items are shipped in 5-7days (but can take up to 28days) all the reviews said they received their items wihtin 7days so I went ahead and ordered (for a birthday). anyway took payment IMMEDIATLEY then never heard anymore - site said processing everyday. I emailed them several times/faxed them & then sent them another email subject cancel order.

under the distant trading you can cancel orders made so I did however it takes them 10days to refund the money.

How is this? They take it straight away but take 10days to refund it.....

I would never use this company again, surely they cannot withhold payment, im getting onto my credit card today and getting them onto the case.

Avoid even if you have to pay a few pounds more elsewhere, AVOID tvdeals.tv

I purchased an "ice maker" of them in November and it had no manufacturing details on it and the manual that came with it had no details of who manufactured it. Needless to say it does not work and despite several emails I have had no response from them. I bought on credit card and I am going to contact them to see if they can help. Has anyone got any other ideas how to stop these people ripping you of?
