Anyone else had problems with bingo offers on Onepoll Cashback?

Hey everyone :)

Am just a wee bit annoyed at Onepoll Cashback, and wondered if this had happened to anyone else? I did a bingo offer at the end of April with them (Daily Express Bingo) - deposit and play £10 of your own money and get £20 cashback. The cashback didn't track at first and took about 2 weeks to appear on my statement - but it appeared eventually. However a couple of days after that, it completely disappeared! I raised a support ticket asking where it had gone and got a reply saying they had 'had some problems with the tracking of that retailer so they had removed everyone's transactions, and the cashback would be re-added once it was sorted out'. However it's still not been added again, and it's been over 5 weeks now. I raised another support ticket once 30 days had passed, just asking if they knew what was happening with it - but I recieved a quite abrupt reply, saying they had not sorted out the problem and they did not know when it was going to be sorted. Now to me, that just sounds like they're trying to fob me off and they've got no intention of adding it again!

I know cashback is never guaranteed, but I'm a bit annoyed because I followed all the rules... and my cashback DID track on my statement, it was Onepoll which removed it! And I just feel like they're not giving me any proper answers. Just wondered if anyone else had had anything similar?

Many thanks in advance :D

  • Onepoll caSHback - yep. stuff going back to sept/oct last year. I must be waiting for at least £100 in missing cashback. When I have tried to chase it up I have had some curt replies saying I will get the money when they do! I think I'll be whistling down the wind for that. As you say nothing is guarenteed - it looks tempting and its an easy way for them to get your business.
