Things do take a little longer to come than some of the more well known mail order catalogues but they are fine to deal with, been buying from them for a long time and everything has been good quality.
They do have the facility to open a personal account which at the beginning didn't work too well, (statements arriving when payments were due next day) but they seem to have sorted that out now, they did tell me once that I had missed a payment and they were going to charge me £12 I emailed and told them that I hadn't received the statement they dropped the charge straight away so I have nothing to complain about,and as daisyclare says their parcels are delivered and collected by hermes/parcelnet couriers
