    Thats exactly what i aim to do dont want to go into buying a house or flat with any debts round my neck hopefully after doing some workings out should be debt free around March 2007 and then i can plough my efforts into saving a deposit, cos i would like to own something of the house/flat even if its a brick :rotfl:
