Perhaps I am over-cynical, but I fail to see how/why a company would help you without charging a fee. They claim "we do not charge 15% monthly management fees". However, they do NOT state that they are free and provide very little other info on the site, here
https://www.spectrum-financial-services.co.uk
Suggest you check out the fees they charge.
If you want to know what they will do, re debt management, then visit this site
https://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk
This is a charity and they definitely do not charge you anything. On the site, look for the Self Help Pack and have a read through. They tell you everything you need to know about dealing with your creditors and you can call them at any time if you need help or advice.
Why are you thinking of using Spectrum?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0
