Someone on the vent board reported that they bought a 3 for £20 deal and were charged £36. So an even better deal with DTD!!!!

Its not just becks, my local store were doing the same deal on Stella 18x 284ml bottles, Carlsberg export bottles and cases of fosters can, all 3 for £20.

It is on their website, but for whatever reason their beer section is difficult to navigate around. If you type in the beer you are looking for in the search box you will find it easy enough. So far the beers that are definitely on offer I have found are:

Fosters 15 x 440ml cans
Carlsberg Export 18 x 275ml bottles
Becks 18 x 275ml bottles
Stella Artois 18 x 284ml bottles
Tennent's (in Scotland) 18 x 440ml cans

15 x becks 4% 440ml cans in the 3 for £20 offer too. stocked up on friday not sure when offer ends tho.

works out at £6.67 a case which aint bad for 15 cans.

its not as nice as the stella 4% tho but it dont taste too bad once you're half way through you're first can.

I picked up 3 cases of the Gaymers pear cider cans today for £20.

This might look a good deal because of the facts you mention, but it's not the best deal in Tesco for this beer.

The packs of 4 x 500ml bottles of Old Speckled Hen are £4.00 each. Therefore, for your £20, you could get 5 packs = 10 litres. The 3 for £20 deal gives you 9.585 litres. Needles to say, you only have to spend £4 to cash in on this better price.

The 3 for £20 offer does work out cheaper if you don't mind Old Speckled Hen in cans, as you get 3 packs of 10 x 500ml = 15 litres.
