Toluna - vouchers

Hi

I've just requested a £10 amazon voucher with my toluna points. they've been deducted from my points total, but I don't have a voucher yet?? I've emailed Toluna, but have had no response yet.

Was just wondering whether anyone could let me know how you receive the voucher (email code?) and how long it usually takes.

It has been up to six weeks sometimes for me to get my Amazon vouchers from them, they do tend to be very slow.
They send you an e mail and this has your voucher code on it and then you just enter it on Amazon

Yes, I had given up on the first one I ever requested which was October, however, it did arrive just in time to knock £10.00 off something I was buying on Amazon for Christmas - about six weeks after my request and yes, it's an emailed code. I've accrued enough points for another one now but have decided to go for it and answer every survey and try to build up to £30 or £40 in time for this Christmas!

I've just received a £10 Amazon voucher from them this week - it took an amazing 10 weeks! They said they had been having problems with vouchers. In my opinion, that's unacceptable. I've just ordered another voucher but am not expecting to receive it quickly.
