Can anyone recommend a good company/solicitor to deal with re injury comp claim?

Options
Just wondered if anyone can suggest a good company to deal with to start a compensation claim for an injury.I am in east ayrshire so someone local would be best I think.
Everyone, family, said at the time I should have claimed but I just said it was fine,I would heal.In fact I was just told last week by a doctor after I visted again to ask for help and also ask why I wasn,t healing properly that it would be something I would just have to cope with now and it will cause me problems for the rest of my life, basically there nothing they can do.
Recomendations appreciated,thank you.
I think I am within time limits for starting a claim?,it happened dec 2007 so less than 1 1/2 years ago.

    Redress-no win, no fee.

They are Thompsons solicitors-who are the biggest personal injury claim specialists in Scotland.

I was recommended these by my friend who is a lawyer-she said they were great and they are.

My OH had a whiplash injury, off work for a few months etc. Claim sorted a year later £6500 better off!

All the exense is claimed thru the other insuance company so what you get is yours!

    Good luck.

    Redress have a website too.

Just be aware that "no win no fee" doesn't mean you don't have to pay anything. You need to consider the posibility of losing. You won't have to pay your solicitor's fee but you will have to pay the other party's costs. An insurance policy to cover that can be expensive.
This website explains it better than I can.
