Looking for cheap/free manicure set

Me and my nails are having a bit of a crisis, and I really need to find some good quality nail clippers, nail files (the cushiony kind) and buffers. It seems like the kind of thing I've seen before as a promotional gift bag type thing for cosmetics companies. Does anyone have any ideas? The only thing I've found is a pair of nail clippers on Yves Rocher (bought through Quidco) but they don't have any good files. I don't paint my nails, but I don't mind buying a set that includes paint stuff if it's a bargain.

Your are supposed to buy £10 of petrol to "qualify" but the staff will let you have it without.
