hi I normally shop at the Ricoh - I used to use Bedwirth but they told me they didn't accept internet coupons and would only take 30% of the total bill that's why I changed to the Ricoh - what are Bedworth like now?

I very rarely shop at the Ricoh but went there a couple of weeks ago and started putting on my shopping on the conveyor belt until I realised a store supervisor or manager was stood with the young SA, so thought I wouldn't chance it and made out I'd forgotten something. Walked further down the line and saw a nice young ethnic lad so thought he'd put the coupons through no problem - and I was right! :T Although I didn't have a big shop, less than £10. Gave him a mixture of picapacs and coupon-net coupons totalling £3. He forgot to put my green points on though!

Not had any problems at Bedworth T's but started using coupons there about a year ago and had an ethnic trout that said no internet coupons. Then when I went to Asda Nuneaton they said people had abused coupon usage so they only allow up to 10% off your shop. Both incidents scared me off until about a couple of months ago. Must admit I'm very picky with my SA's as there are some right Trouts around! lol Plus the most I've given them in coupons (and internet coupons!) is about 50% of my shop. Asked a nice SA their policy and she said about 10% or 30% off your shop but to be honest I don't think she really knew. Good luck! :D

When I get a moment this evening I will email ecover just to ensure consistency of reply (I have no reason to doubt cc on pts but you can as we all know get a different reply from CS!) and I will confirm on here their reply.

OK, I have had a reply from Ecover - Pretty much says it all -

    Dear Martin

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the online Love London document and the coupon shown on page 66 and 67.

The coupon was not actually intended to be posted online and we do not give away coupons online, mainly because a lot of retailers don't accept home-printed coupons and therefore people should not print out and try to use.

The coupons are being distributed by Love London from their stalls during the numerous events they are involved with throughout London. One can find the many events held throughout July at
    http://www.lovelondon.org.uk/page/47

I hope this clarifies your enquiry, however, if you do have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

I don't know if any of you remember the money back offer by Muller that was weeks and weeks ago - I only just got my cheque from them yesterday so I guess LG are probably inundated!! - Hope they still honour it coz I did actually buy a couple of the pasta sauces, had one yesterday, quite nice really! (Wouldn't buy it full price but half price and with moc's - Bargain:D)

me too, when it was half price,:p:p

i used a westland coupon today no problems

I used a Westland one yesterday, it didn't scan like the other coupons, she had to use the hand-held scanner and then it went through fine. :T I did notice they stocked the products before I handed it over.

I am emotionally drained. Had a dreadful time at T's today. The SA said she'd need the Team Leader to approve my internet coupons.
The Team Leader, who looked about 14 said "no".
I tried to convince him otherwise by showing him my copy of the policy etc etc and he still said "no" and after a bit of persuasion from me said "I don't know"
So, I asked for him to ask his supervisor who came over and said "no" and after a rather convincing explantion of the rules from me (I'm getting really good, I pretend to be Kate from the Apprentice doing a pitch) he said "I don't know"

We all went off to ask the Customer Service Desk - SA, Team Leader, supervisor me and my trolley. the Customer Services women said, you guessed it "I don't know".
They phoned the "Cash Office" but the phone was engaged. The Customer Services woman put a call out to the Checkout Manager who said she'd be over in a few minutes. By this time I had been there 40 minutes and was late for the school run. I said I needed to go and was going to leave my shopping, but the SA said I should wait for the Checkout Manager because I'd taken it this far and her decision would be final; at least I would then know for sure one way or the other and so would the two SAs, three Customer Service Desk women, two Team Leaders and and Supervisor who were all stood there waiting for the Checkout Manager's verdict.
Anyway, the Manager said yes they were all fine. I said I didn't want to have to argue with people every time I come in. I spend thousands of pounds a year in Tesco and all I want to do is adhere to the rules without having to argue about it everytime. I can't take the stress! She signed my copy of the policy so I can use this if I have problems in the future.

The supervisor took me to an unused "basket only" til to sort out the bill. Would you Adam and Eve it, the £5 Sun coupon wouldn't scan (well they don't, do they? you'd have thought they would all know that by now). The supervisor handed it back to me and said I couldn't use it. I said you'd better get Jean back (me and the Checkout Manager are on first name terms now), because I was going to use it!!! She went off said Jean was too busy to come back but had said that I needed to take the coupon to customer services desk who'd give me a £5 Moneycard. I asked very politely if she would do that for me whilst I sorted out the credit card payment. She did. We got there in the end, and it was a good result, but it was totally exhausting. I felt like I was on on the Apprentice as the Project Manager who'd be in the firing line in the Boardroom if I didn't succeed - but I won!!!

Feel a lot better now I've got that off my chest.:o

Hi, i just wondered if anyone has used the 'westland' gardening coupons and the 'kalloo' coupons today, my sa handed mine back today saying they wouldn't work, but i'm wondering if they were just getting flustered as i'm sure they worked a couple of days ago!?
    xXx
Just used both of these with no probs :j
  • Hi, was in my local waitrose today and the cashier had a handout that referred to a question from a partner at a meeting regarding internet coupons and people going in several times a day to use the same ones over and over. I couldn't see to much over the nice ladies shoulder but does anybody know what the text was?
    Thanks

Just back from a successful trip to Mr Ts. I really don't know how all you professionals do it!! I go laden with MOC and a realistic figure to spend in my head (in order to maximise use of moc) I start to tally up what I'm picking up and placing in trolley, then I meet someone who wants to chat. I try and remember my rough total and carry on but to no avail. I'm always well over the earlier chosen figure!!!

Can't grumble though, have found a fab young male SA who I always go to if I can. Put through all moc tonight and saved £51.00 on a £100 shop. :T:j

Note to self - must stay focused and pay more attention next time :rotfl::rotfl:

Just want to add a big thanks to all who keep posting the moc. I've not been lucky enough enough to find one as yet but will keep looking.

You have all been a big help and encouraged me to use moc where I would have been unsure before as to whether or not to try it.

    Thanks again:T
