Nice one :T
I bought 3 boxes with the cards advertised on the box, but no codes. Must have been a dodgey batch.
The codes were on the actual lolly sticks. I didn't realise it straight away and was looking for it on the box. Had already chucked one away when I realised.
Mine had none on. It was probably an old batch off lollies put in the new box with the offer on.
Enjoyed the magnums though at 99p a box0 -

everyone who is having trouble has defo been banned from the site , warburtons have reported mass coupon abuse to couponent and forwarded IP addys and also emails to them of the people who have/are abusing it , i told him i only printed about 20 ish coupons , he says my account has been flagged by warburtons , he says some people have actually printed close to 600 coupons
.
so they have blocked IP's and also email addys , warburtons are taking this really seriously and so are couponnet , so be warned people you are being watched , every email and ip is being scrutinised and passed onto couponnet if they think it is abuse , he also mentioned the totally stupid names people have been using ( i think they might end up refusing to pay for coupons with daft names )
Wow - they are getting more technical at couponstar by the day. Didn't think they would do this.
Makes sense though, i switched computers yesterday, but they still knew i had reached my limit that day, despite a different email address. The IP address is the only way they could know this.
Must admit, i laughed at some of the names flying accross the top.0 -

They have the facilities to limit numbers for individual coupons by IP or by domain, if you read the details on their site, aimed at the mannufacturer/supplier.
Of course Warburton's are taking it seriously...they paid couponnet for a secure system for distributing coupons...and they didn't get it
Of course couponnet are taking it seriously.... right on the back of the Fruitshoot embarrassment...they must be questionning their whole IT staffing and infrastructure
They (couponnet) won't refuse to redeem coupons (IMHO;)) - (warburtons will refuse to pay couponnet...but that's because couponnet didn't provide the service expected!) because otherwise supermarkets will, in future, refuse to accept them and then they have no outlet for their products, so no suppliers/manufacturers will waste their money on marketing through them.
If your account wasn't "flagged" before...it certainly will be now!
Printing 600 by someone is a bit silly:eek:, when they can print them daily anyway
Thanks for the update....let's wait and see what happens next. It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)

erm veggiecar, have you ever read a couponnet coupon in detail?
I did a long time ago and was pretty sure they got sent to the manufacturers clearnign house, not some mega couponnet clearing place. I dont believe thats their business model, they supply the software and IT support, whereas traditional coupon sortign is done by manufacturer or sub-contractor.
Could be wrong tho.0 -
I also believe that couponnet only works because it restricts people to 2 a coupon. If an individual starts teaching, preaching, showing or what not how to print the 600 coupons then i'd be worried they stop. Also similar coupon firms have gone after individuals who have done something similar in us:http://www.wired.com/politics/onlinerights/news/2007/08/coupons
I dunno why warburtons lets you print more rather than the 2 per person.... but come on guys use some common sense, itll just mean manufacturers dont produce internet coups anymore.0 -

who will send the bill to Warburton, who will presumably pass it to couponnet to pay, since they didn't distribute the coupons in the way in which they they were contracted. It's nice to be nice .....

Im sorry but can you explain to me how they aren't right now?
Im just taking a 'late entry' view at this as didnt print massses, I managed to print two coupons before it said i'd met my daily limit.. using the 'normal approach' to couponing. Isnt this similar function to the '2 per user' usage?
Or are you saying its still letting masses print loads now?0 -
What is certain, if lots and lots of people can print more than the 2 limit then offers will dry up and couponstar will be hit, which may lead it to try and pass on those costs.0
