The anwser to this question maybe obvious to some but as I'm still a trainee couponer I'll ask it. Why get a few copies of the NOTW? I've read Blue's post about the mocs but still can't see why it's worth getting a few copies. Can anyone enlighten me please?

Happy Father's day to all of you daddies out there.

Before I start....this is not coupon abuse..am a little reluctant to post this info as caused a spot of bother last time, but you have asked me openly, I shall respond openly...
I printed out all the PDF's and then used them plus 1 x £5 Sun/Morrisons ,2 internet mocs expiring this week, and bought 5 copies of the NOTW, fresh chicken( to use last £1 from Mail ) frozen food to use last £1 moc from the Mail plus bought 1 more Pikapak( I know I'm sad)....the NOTW has the sticker moc worth £1.65...so paper costs nothing and you make 65p........so £16.66...( chicken £5.20...frozen food £5.10, 5 x NOTW £5, Pikapak 1.36) used £15.20 of mocs and paid £1.46...one of the mocs from the NOTW I cut out whilst there but still have 4 x £1.65 mocs to use...so although I spent £1.46 have got 4 x £1.65p mocs from NOTW and £2 mocs from Pikapak...so have got £8.60 worth for shops next week( making £7.14 profit)...should really have bought more NOTW's have got almost 4 weeks to use 'em, but it's Wimbledon and won't be shopping as often for next 2 weeks, but didn't want to use proper mocs just ones I know I can print again or those I won't be able to use next time as they would be out of date( like the Mail £1 ones...last day for those today).....hope you follow that...

The NOTW costs £1. (free if you buy it with MOCS) You the have a MOC for £1.65 with nearly a month to spend it.

If you do 6 shops a week for the next 4 weeks, you would save 24 x .65 = £15.60 (if paid cash)
    or 24 x £1.65= £39.60 if paying with MOCS
THanks VC...your answer was shorter, simpler and better than mine....you know me....use 8 million words instead of 8....

Bullshot - I'm of the why use 10 words when you can use 100, I can't half chat when I'm on the phone.

Thanks for letting us know the transformer moc works, I did think it was just my SA. Today was the first time I've had any problems.

Until today I'd only tried mocs in extra stores, always without a problem (they even type in the number for my tena coupon as it won't scan when I've printed it). Today I tried my local express (trial run) and tried to use a pik a pak moc to buy the paper - they said I couldn't use it as I hadn't bought the product. mmm little to they know. That was hic up one, then I went up to the extra they wouldn't do 2 cifs even though they were different and they wouldn't do the transformer one. That was hic up two.

There are 19 DIFFERENT 30p coupons from the warburton's site, and an extra few freebies...so nearly an extra £6 off every shop last week

Yes but there are only about 7 different manufacturers and my T's are one per manufacturer if not buying etc... So far won free Fish Fingers, free Anchor Spreadable and free Princes Corned Beef.........Just need to win some darn bread now and I'm sorted  :rotfl:
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

That's a shame...my locals go by the national policy of

They can pay for all of their shopping using branded coupons if all of the coupons are for different PRODUCTS stocked by Tesco

they also accept BOTH the cif coupons, since they are different products

all the different pic-a-pacs since they are different products

Just another case of stores making it up as they go along:confused:
